Ristr8to roaster is our roasting lab inside Ristr8to Lab, focusing on how to improve coffee flavor for each Single Origin coffee to suit different brewing methods. We will roast every Tuesday, taste and learn about its flavor for 2 weeks period then used that taste profile to improve our next roasting. Making coffee is a never ending learning process, even after all these years we are still continously in pursuit of the art of making the very best cup of coffee. We’re always raising the bar. Through optimum brewing techniques and craft equipment, we will never sacrifice quality. While we know we’ll never be able to lay our hands on mastery, the skills and knowledge that we’ve picked up along the way make for coffee that’s as close to perfect as we can possibly get. In order to get the best results we need to roast our coffee in a very precise profile for these specific brewing methods which will be different from what we do for our espresso machine, this roasting lab will give us opportunity adjusting our own roasting profile and get closer to our ideal coffee.
